Training
SLK Advisory provides bespoke, specialist safeguarding training to organisations - for boards, staff and volunteers - so that all personnel are clear about their role and responsibility for protecting the safety and wellbeing of all.
Our training is appropriate for any organisation, group or institution working with children and adults at risk, including community service organisations, faith communities, schools, universities and other education providers, sporting and social clubs, local government and businesses.

For Schools
SLK Advisory provides specialist capacity building support to individual schools and/or school systems to ensure their safeguarding systems are robust and exceed requirements established under legislation and regulation. Specialist capacity building support for schools includes ensuring governance and leadership support a safe environment, reviewing and improving policy and process settings (including HR, complaints response, reporting, etc), providing tailored training school boards, teaching and non-teaching staff and volunteers, parent/family engagement and very importantly student engagement.
